Dermatology in Belgrade
Dermatology covers the examination and treatment of conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails. At the Imedic Polyclinic in Belgrade, you can book a dermatological examination, a mole and scalp check, and an assessment of treatment or removal options for individual lesions.
Below are the services grouped by the reason for your visit. If you are not sure where to start, choose a dermatological examination — the doctor will assess whether additional diagnostics or treatment are needed.
What is the purpose of your visit?
Choose a field and find out more about the examination, diagnosis or procedure.
Examinations and diagnostics
The first step is a dermatologist's assessment. Additional examinations and tests are chosen according to the reason for the visit and the findings.
Acne, redness and pigmentation
A plan is made after an examination. The linked pages describe what the assessment looks like and which treatment options are considered.
Scar removal
The choice of procedure depends on the type and appearance of the scar. Details on assessment and treatments can be found on the linked pages.
Removal of skin lesions
Before removal, the doctor assesses the type of lesion and the appropriate procedure. The choice of method is agreed upon after the examination.
Not sure which check-up you need?
You do not need to know the name of the lesion or the appropriate treatment in advance. It is enough to book a dermatological examination and describe why you are coming — based on the examination, the doctor will suggest the next steps.
A dermatologist also assesses and treats chronic skin conditions, such as psoriasis, and a schedule of regular check-ups is arranged. Descriptions of the skin, hair and joint conditions that we examine and treat can be found on the page Skin, hair and joint conditions.
Information regarding the examination process, doctors and preparation can be found on the page Dermatological examination.
